The last 3 weeks I have been so busy! I am just now getting to my update! First, I lost internet for 5 days becuase of the awful storms that came through MD! Then my best friend and her children from Myrtle Beach came to visit us for a week! Last week… I played catch up! I can’t believe how fast these last 10 weeks have gone by!

I have gotten a lot of emails asking me what my daily eating routine was.
Here it is….
8:00 – 9:00AM ~ Vi-Shake for Breakfast
10:30AM ~ Morning Snack
12:00 – 1:00PM – Vi-Shake for Lunch
3:30 ~ Afternoon Snack
5:30 – 6:30PM ~ “Normal” Dinner
Plus, LOTS and LOTS of water all day long!!
My Snacks usually consist of fruits, veggies, sunflower seeds, almonds, string cheese, yogurt and 100 calorie packs just to name a few. As for dinner… I don’t eat anything special. I still eat what I make for my girls. The only thing I would say I have changed is I have added more vegetables to my diet and instead of using a “dinner” plate I now use one of the girl’s smaller plates!
I have also started to exercise more in the last 3 weeks. I run/walk on the treadmill for about 20 minutes to an hour 4/5 times a week.
To date I have lost 32lbs! When I started the 90 Day Challenge I was wearing a size 18!! Today, I received the NEW pair of jeans I ordered for myself! I wasn’t totally sure they would fit since I ordered them online! Well, they were a perfect fit! I could hardly believe it! I had to double check the tag inside the jeans to make sure it was the same size as the outside tag! LOL!! That truly was a GREAT feeling! I don’t think I have EVER been able to wear a 10 NOT even in high school! And now after having 2 kids.. WHAT?!?! I think I am still a bit shocked! 2 months and 2 weeks 18 to a 10… {pinch myself again}
This really has been the best thing I have ever done for myself! Usually, it’s all about taking care of everyone else! I’m so glad I decided to do something for ME for once!! I still have a ways to go but I’m really proud of myself for sticking with it! I had a week and a half were the scale didn’t budge at ALL! It was pretty disappointing! Normally, that would have been the time I just gave up and told myself this wasn’t working for me! That is my usual MO! I’m glad this time I was able to work through it!
